Daria Halprin
Daria Halprin is a teacher, an artist and a therapist. She is among the leading pioneers in the field of movement/dance and expressive arts education and therapy. Daria is the Director of Tamalpa Institute, which she co-founded in 1978 together with her mother Anna Halprin.
I met Daria as I took classes at the famous Mountain Home Studio. In April of 2022 we sat down for a long conversation about her life and work. She also performed three rituals at the property, the dance deck and in the studio.
