Lucia Horan
Lucia Horan is a meditation and movement teacher. She grew up at Esalen Institute, where her parents were part of the original community. Lucia received life-long direct training with Gabrielle Roth in the 5Rhythms® moving meditation practice and has been teaching the practice since 1998. She has also been practicing Theravadin meditation since 2005 and has devoted herself to the path of insight meditation as a compliment to her moving meditation practices.
I visited Lucia in her home in Big Sur, CA where she lives with her daughter and husband.
